Fuji guides provide a lightweight yet rugged platform capable of managing heavy lines, large baits, and the sustained pressure of offshore trolling. Shimano’s DIAFLASH technology reinforces the butt section with diagonally wrapped carbon tape, enhancing torsional rigidity and boosting pulling power when it matters most. The Talavera Bluewater lineup includes both slick butt and Unibutt configurations, along with two purpose-built deep drop models equipped with curved Unibutts.

DIAFLASH

DIAFLASH technology is a reinforced structure that prevents twisting of the butt section for an added advantage during powerful casts and high-intensity battles. Engineers diagonally wrap carbon tape in opposite directions on the outermost layer of the butt section to form an array of "X" shapes. DIAFLASH minimizes energy loss from excess flexing in the rod butt section and enhances pulling power when it matters most.
