Overview

Constructed from a proprietary blend of high-modulus graphite and advanced resin technologies, the blank achieves an exceptional strength-to-weight ratio—critical for maintaining balance and control during repeated pitches. Rolled on stepped mandrels with micro-tapers placed at high-stress zones, the rod reinforces load-bearing areas to maximize durability while precisely tuning the flex profile for flipping and pitching applications. The result is a responsive tip for accurate lure placement and a commanding mid and butt section for decisive hooksets and immediate fish control. A full Fuji K SiC tangle-free guide train improves line management with heavy braid, while premium cork handles and a custom CI4+ reel seat enhance direct contact with the blank for amplified bite transmission and all-day comfort.

Ci4+ Reel Seat

CI4 is an original material reinforced with carbon fiber that is lighter and has a higher strength than conventional resin material. CI4+ is an advanced version of the original CI4 material and is 2.5x more rigid than its predecessor. The use of CI4+ for the reel seat increases sensitivity and reduces weight while also delivering remarkable rigidity for perfect reel fixation and better rod efficiency.
