Enhanced Body Technology

PowerPro's Enhanced Body Technology (EBT) is a proprietary manufacturing process that goes beyond a simple surface coating by permeating the braided Spectra® fiber with a specialized resin. This treatment bonds the fibers together to create a structurally rounder profile that prevents the line from flattening or burying into the spool under heavy tension. By filling the gaps between the individual fibers, EBT produces a smoother, slicker surface that reduces friction through the rod guides for longer casts and quieter performance.
